Task Planning
GScrum can help team members create and manage tasks for every product backlog in a Sprint.
- Tasks can be created for a product backlog with estimation, priority, due date, etc.
- Tasks can be assigned to members in the team.
- Task List page lists all tasks in the project. They can be filtered, sorted in many different ways to help users always see tasks they are interested.
- Even though each task has an owner, every other team member can work on the task and update its progress. And that effort goes to the one who did the update.
