Issue Workflow
GScrum has an integrated issue tracking system. Issues are tracked and managed through the GScrum issue workflow.
- Issues have status such as new, assigned, working, fixed, verified, closed and cancelled.
- These actions can be performed on issues: create, assign, accept, fix, verify and close. Each action moves the issue to another status.
- Team members can comment on issues and all comments are organized in a comment tree.
- HTML editor is used for issue description and comments. Rich text format and inline images make issue content much more clear reducing communication error.
