Cocomputing Corp. signed agreement with Beijing DHC Digital Technology Corp. to ramp up DHC's Agile development capability and collaborate on IT service outsourcing business. Cocomputing and DHC have complimentary resources for IT service outsourcing. Cocomputing has Agile development expertise, GScrum Agile collaboration platform and international presence in the IT outsourcing market. With our strength and DHC's strong financial support, large talent pool and domain knowledge in health care, financial and petroleum industries, we both believe that we can collaborate and expand our international market share for IT service outsourcing.

According to the agreement, Cocomputing will provide Agile training and consulting services to DHC and help DHC build Agile teams and fine tune its Agile development process. At the same time, Cocomputing will expand DHC's international outsourcing market reach in North America and EU.
