As the adoption of Agile development is more widespread across the software industry in the world, a strong momentum for Agile development is building up in the software community in China. But many software development teams in China are facing practical challenges of adopting or migrating to Agile development. Like some companies in the U.S. certain companies in China are trying Agile development methodologies with a self-learning strategy. This results in confusion and much slower productivity gain, and in many cases leads to going back to the old 'do whatever we can' approach.
In order to drive the adoption of Agile development, productivity gain and software quality in China, Cocomputing Corporation signed up a series of Certified Scrum Trainers (CSM) and other executive level Agile project managers to provide Agile training services in China. Traing courses will be structured into three different levels: introductory, advanced and advanced with Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance (http://www.scrumalliance.com). These courses will provide training to a broad range of software development professionals, project managers and company executives.
At the same time, Cocomputing will provide Agile consulting services to software development teams in China. We will help building up your Agile teams, walk you through steps in Agile development lifecycles and avoid pitfalls of adopting Agile.
